Luther is the sweetest senior. He was rescued from being tied up in a yard. He was severely emaciated and in bad health when pulled from that horrific life. He has been with the rescue for about a month and a half. He has since gained weight & his health has turned around. He is bubbly and loves people. He loves waks and yummy treats.
