Luna Merriwood: RIDGE DOG IN TRAINING

Luna Merriwood is patiently waiting for a family to notice her among the others. She may not have the Hollywood look, but she has the small town love. She is paired with other dogs in one of our long runs, so she is being trained to be a good canine sister. She will bond deeply with her new family, and you will see that quirky personality that is characteristic of the husky. (Check out The DoDo on youtube for husky profiles. ) Although we are coming on the easiest season for huskies to weather, we don't wish that on any of our dogs. Now that the rush of September is over, it seems like a good time to bring in a new family member. Huskies need to be exercised and to be challenged mentally, They would make great camping hiking dogs. Because we are a small community and about 90% of our households already have dogs, we count on our out-of-town heroes to adopt our pups while we work on the message of spay and neuter with our community members.
