Affectionate! Loves to hug! Luna Lovely Luna is a beautiful unique cinnamon rough coat spayed female weighing 42lbs and between 1-2 years old. This petit girl is one of the most affectionate chows we’ve ever had in rescue. She loves attention from her people but isn’t demanding. She would be content to sit close by you while you watch TV or read a book. Luna was bought to be a breeding bitch but surrendered to a shelter when her owner became disabled. She was scheduled to be euthanize on a Monday, Merlin’s Hope stepped in just in time to save this sweet soul. Luna is a happy calm girl who is housebroken, quiet, healthy, and takes treats gently. She trots along on her walks but barely pulls….unless she sees a squirrel! Meeting fellow canines on a walk is a bonus. Everyone is her friend. She will need a special adopter who will be patient with her as she’s leary of people. Once she trust you, she will literally push herself into your arms for a hug.
