Lulu and Susu.....mother and daughter (fostered in NC)!!!!

THESE GIRLS ARE LOCATED IN BLACK MOUNTAIN, NORTH CAROLINA: TRANSPORTATION TO NW FLORIDA FOR THE RIGHT HOME!!! SuSu (12 years/12 lbs) and LuLu (10 years/10lbs) are sweet, senior Southern ladies looking for a retirement home. They lost their mom unexpectedly due to illness about 6 months ago. They were very sad but are gradually learning they are safe, loved, and that things will be okay. These ladies have always been together, do not like being apart, and need to be adopted together. They were found living in a car with a lady and purchased for the price of a carton of cigarettes. They were a hot mess but now they are healthy and happy. In November 2023 they had full wellness checks including blood panels and dental cleanings. They are up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped and on heartworm/flea prevention. They have no known health issues. SuSu does have minor arthritis in her right rear leg from an old unknown injury. She is currently taking Galliprant and it is working well. They get along with other small, calm dogs when properly introduced. They are excellent with cats. They are good with people although they may bark initially (they ARE chihuahuas, after all !) They are very good motivated and that plus a sweet voice will win them over! SuSu is older and more relaxed. luLu may take a minute but is a complete lap dog once she trusts you. Both are quite smart, love car rides, and SNACKS!!!They are not fond of big dogs, small children, or crazy, chaotic households.....they want to retire from all things crazy!!!! They love lying in the sunshine, getting belly rubs, and LIVE to snuggle!!! Both give tons of kisses but LuLu is the "licker" of the two. They like chewing on bully sticks and occasionally get the zoomies! They are excellent on a coupled leash together. They are not fans of cold weather but will happily prance around together in their jackets for a bit. With a regular routine they are 100% housetrained. They sleep together in their bed from 11pm until 7am without getting up or making a peep. They are kennel trained but kenneling is not necessary. They are not destructive or mischievous at all!!!
