Lulu aka Lucy has had quite a journey. Originally she came from a high kill shelter in Ohio and was transferred here to Ontario to another rescue group. She was adopted but the home she was in was not the best fit for her. Now she is in a foster home in Toronto and is settling in nicely. Lucy is a 9 month old Lab Border Collie cross, weighing about 45 lbs. She is house and crate trained and loves to hang out with her furry foster brother.
Lucy spends most of her time trying to get him to play with her. When he's not up for a play, she happily keeps herself occupied with her toys.
Lucy has a lot of energy and loves going on walks. She gets very excited to see other dogs and people and greets them with enthusiasm.
Lucy doesn't have the greatest leash manners and pulls quite a bit but that is easily redirected with positive reinforcement training and teaching.
