We think Lucy could do good with another dog in the house we just suggest a meet to make sure she gets along. We do not know how she would do with cats but does exhibit some signs of not being a good fit for a house with a cat in it.
Lucy loves getting her belly rubs and will roll over and give you a big old smile for them.
Lucy has tones of love to give you and will be your best friend if you decide to take her home.
