LUCY-ADOPTED

This is darling Lucy. You can't find a sweeter, calmer, mellower dog anywhere. Right now poor Lucy is not the best looking dog on the outside but on the inside she's perfect. Lucy was going to be euthanized at a small shelter in Arkansas along with several other dogs we decided to rescue. She was terribly matted so she was groomed the best that they could at the shelter. She has since gotten a new haircut. This poor little girl was spayed, had a dental with the removal of 7 teeth and had a fatty tumor (not cancerous) removed from her chest at the same time. They did leave one of her crooked bottom canines in place which gives her character. Lucy is now recovered . This is the perfect Little companion for a retired person to love. She's a very easy and appreciative little girl at about 5-6 years old. Remember that the small dogs live to about 15+ years. Lucy is current on her shots, microchipped and tested heartworm negative. Her adoption fee is $375 which includes the $150 transport fee that got her to CT and will not even cover her medical expenses. Very young children in the family would probably be too active for Lucy. Please request a questionnaire if you think Lucy would make a great addition to your family. We reserve the right to place our dogs in the home we feel will be best for that particular dog. CT adoption only at this time.
