ADOPTED - Our little Lucy is such a precious girl. She was found at the side of the road. Lucy's front leg is deformed at the wrist joint. We have had her vet checked and the vet said that it is a birth defect and has recommended that we leave it. It causes her no pain and she does use this leg. She is learning to use the stairs but still cannot go down stairs and does need help. We wonder what could have happened in this dear little soul's life to be abandoned and left to fend for herself.
Lucy is extremely affectionate and can be very cuddly, but she is also a pup and has lots and lots of energy. It is a requirement of Lucy's adoption that she complete formal obedience classes. Lucy is still not fully house trained but is learning. She is a smart little girl with tons of potential.
