Meek and sugar sweet, Lucy here is a 2 year old Lab mix ready to settle in and steal your heart. Lucy was found on the streets of Cleveland, TX - a common area to find stray and abandoned animals. This girl's hard go at life has made her a tad timid at first, but with patience and love she blossoms into the most affectionate lovebug. We can't forget about those adorable stubby legs either! Lucy is crate trained and knows some basic commands. She is currently fostered in Texas, but can make her way to Iowa on one of our upcoming transports. Lucy is HW positive, which unfortunately is common in Texas dogs that have not received preventative medicine. The good news is we have completed her treatment with our veterinarian, and she is ready for adoption! Lucy is spayed, current on vaccinations, monthly preventative, dewormed, and microchipped.
