What a face! What a boy! 68 pounds of rusty-gold Golden Retriever to love. Great in the car, he travels well and sits calmly in the seat. Anxious to please, with a great personality, and not a mean bone this is a great 1 year old FAMILY DOG. Recommended for OLDER children as Luca has the bouncy nature of a happy Golden, he is a very happy dog with joy to spare! Perfectly trained to sit, lay down, and shake a paw, he also is reasonably good on leash but could use brush up training. Handsome coat. Given up because his owner does not have enough time to devote to Luca as he deserves. Luca is VERY SMART, he taught himself to open doors in his old home, he could do with training for more constructive use of his spare time—such as freestyle or agility! He has talent galore to show the world. Very friendly with people and other kind dogs, we feel he would likely accept a cat as well tho he has not been tried with one. He has a happy nature, with the Golden clinginess to his people that Goldens are famous for. LOVES a doggy massage! Luca is neutered, vet checked, vaccines Max 5, Bordatella, Rabies up to date, Heartworm tested negative, dewormed &no fleas—Luca is good to go to a very lucky home!
