Looking for the LOVE of your life, look no further. This precious 2 year old pup is where it's at! She's 45 pounds. She is dog, cat and kid friendly. House and crate trained. Fixed, chipped, heartworm negative and up to date on vetting. Love was found abandoned and so scared, hiding under junk and only coaxed out for some ham, still frozen in fear. But all this girl needed was someone to show her that everything was going to be ok and she is warming up and loving life. Love enjoys cuddling with her foster family and following her furry foster siblings around. She's looking for her forever family to lounge around with! The information needed to determine if you might be a match for one of our animals can only be found on our application. An inquiry, question, or introduction through Petfinder is NOT an application. All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info would be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the number of introductions/questions received (hundreds daily) we ask you submit an application on our website (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue). The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention. Please see our website for more information. 2022 Adoption Fee Scale for non-benefactor animals: Puppies under 12 months - $350 Dogs over 12 months - $250 *Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters in Southeast Louisiana, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our animals live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it’s the perfect match!
