Heartbreaking...dumped in the mountains of Puerto Rico. Who could drive their beloved dogs, family members into the mountains and simply walk away? There was nothing around them to survive on and they were so happy to see us! They are joyous every single day and where you see one, you see the other and for this reason, we are in search of a forever home for them both. Louie and his brother, Chico are very good dogs and extremely easy going. We're asking and searching for a forever homes for these adorable Chi's. They do not need to be adopted together.
