Lorena

Lorena’s a 2yo 9lb Doxie/Rat Terrier mix. She’s dog friendly. She’s pee pad and crate trained. She’s good with a small secure fenced in yard. She’s sassy, funny, energetic, and wants to be treated like the queen that she is. She loves to play with other dogs her size, prefers male dogs and likes car rides. She needs warm up time to new people. Lorena MUST have another young male dog her size to play with along with people who understand her special needs and not try to take her on long walks which she is not supposed to do. If your home DOES NOT fit this please DO NOT put an application in. We will not call anyone not a fit. Also, we will be concentrating on local to foster applications 1st since home checks and meets with all humans and animals in home is needed at meet. Our fosters are all volunteers so aren’t always able to travel too far. Lorena came to us from a rescue in the Dominican Republic. She was unable to use her back legs. With months of water therapy and exercise, she is now walking and running. She’s spayed, vaccinated, HW negative and microchipped. Currently in Cherry Hill, NJ.
