Lola Lou is a very affectionate brindle colored female Great Dane. She could be a mix…but we think she is a pure bred Great Dane that is about a year or less old. Just look at that precious goofy smile on her face! What a joy she will be for someone who loves these long legs….that gorgeous brindle color and that loopy smile that brightens a room. She has had some obedience training and though her skills are a little rusty from being stuck in the shelter recently for far too long. She still knows how to sit, stay and lay on command, especially for a treat. When Lola Lou came in to the shelter she was very skinny and sickly but has been putting on weight and really coming around and acting like a happy healthy girl. She loves to fetch and is wonderful with people and other dogs. Her favorite thing is kissing someones ears and going for walks. With her ability to learn quickly and her sweet disposition, Lola will be a great companion. If you have ever owned a Great Dane Then you know how special they are….if you have not owned one…..well here is your chance. Just know this….they are NOT outside dogs. They are Best suited for the inside of a home constantly and a SHARED couch is the preferred lounging pad that most Great Dane’s love.
