Lola is a black and tan shepard mix, 60lbs, has a chip, all her shots - including rabies, and has been spayed. She is a great hiking/biking companion and rides well in the car. She's fine with kids but has the healthy balance of growling if someone comes through our back alley. Her coat is soft, and she's learned not to jump up on people, and she sits on command.
Lola's favorite activities are going for long walks along the bosque, wrestling with other dogs (although she definitely does NOT seem to be alpha in any way - she loves a good tustle), and licking peanut butter off her Kong toy. She also LOVES LOVES LOVES to lay at your feet while you read or watch a movie. This is a very loving affectionate pooch.
Her owners feel it is urgent to find her a happier place to spend her life. She was adopted from Animal Services last september.
