Second Hope Rescue is located in Leonardtown, MD 20650 Please read below for some of our adoption policies: To meet any of our animals outside of a scheduled event, an approved application is required. The adoption donation is $200.00. There is an additional, non-refundable $50 charge on any approved adoption when the adoptive home is located between 60-100 miles from Leonardtown, MD. If we agree to an adoption further than that there will be an additional charge. Any adoption further than 60 miles is at the discretion of the Board due to availability of volunteers.
