Link-ADOPTED!

Meet Link! He is a purebred Miniature Dachshund. Link is a playful guy but also loves to snuggle up under a blanket. He absolutely loves going for walks, and walks along very politely on his leash. Link gets along very well with the other dogs in his foster home, as well as the cats that live at the neighbour's house. He is a very friendly little boy but does have a big attitude for a small dog! He would do best in a home with adults only. When Link first arrived in foster care, his housetraining was a big issue. However, he has made wonderful progress in this area! Link is 3 1/2 years old, and is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and recently had some dental work done.

Definitions:

Pending - means that we are working through the adoption process with the 1st applicant. We usually don't add the pending until we are pretty sure the adoption will go through (like at the home visit stage)

On Trial or Trial Visit - means that the dog is in their new home for up to 2 weeks before the adopters need to commit to keeping the dog. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with the new living arrangements! We allow this option for everyone except very long distance adoptions (too far to drive).

Adopted - you know!! A happy ending for a homeless dog. We try to let everyone know when we have the final word. Within about 24 hours, the dog's bio will be moved to our happy tails section!
