We know graduation is approaching for many area high schools but we wanted to take some time to share a very special senior, Lily.
Lily, a seven year old Husky, was surrendered to an over-crowded shelter due to a death in her family and was at risk for euthanasia. Upon rescue, the team quickly discovered just how wonderful she is. Lily is simply happy to be around others; she is great with kids of all ages, she enjoys the company of other dogs, and while she has not been fostered with cats, we think she would do well in a home with cats as well.
Lily is top of her class and easy-going. She would be happy to help fill the void of an “empty nest” or be anybody’s new best friend.
