I'm Lilo, a 14-week-old terrier mix who needs a loving forever home to grow up in.
I got a bit of a rough start in life and was surrendered to the Humane Society of York County by my owner, along with one of my siblings. I was rescued from living in a backyard with other dogs on chains.
I'm a sweet and affectionate girl, and I get along well with the other pups at the rescue.
