This lovely lady is Lil, our diamond in the rough. Lil is approximately 3-5 years old, a spayed female Miniature Schnauzer. She was found as a stray and taken to the local animal control agency where workers had no idea what breed she was due to her horrible condition (see Lil's "before" photo). Once she was shaved this beautiful girl emerged. Lil has been staying in a foster home where her foster mom reports she has impeccable house manners. She is housetrained, uses a doggie door, gets along well with the other foster dogs and loves people of all sizes and ages. Best of all Lil is a quiet Schnauzer who only barks when it's called for. Families wishing to adopt Lil will have to pass approval with her foster mom who calls her the best dog she's ever had. Schnauzers are dogs that require regular grooming and daily maintenance - you can see from Lil's before photo what happens when they aren't cared for. This is a perfect lady for the right home.
