Hi, my name is Lexi. I have a beautiful golden coat with white socks. I am active & independent and friendly & loving once you get to know me! I don’t constantly have to be in your lap or even in the same room as you though I do like to check up on you every so often. I like going out in the backyard by myself to patrol the border, keep the squirrels out & see what the neighbors are up to. I really enjoy walks & walk very good on a leash – no pulling, random stopping or sniffing every blade of grass! I get along great with my foster brothers & sister and like having 1 or 3 other dogs around. I’m fearful of new people & will try to bite them though I have never tried to bite my foster mom. We’re working on this problem and she thinks I’ll un-learn this since I’m such an adorable, loving dog. I was found roaming the streets on my own and put into a scary, noisy animal shelter. The nice folks at CRT found me there & put me in a nice foster home. If you think you might be able to give me a good home you can start the application process now!

Lexi is spayed, micro chipped, up-to-date on shots, HW negative and on heartworm prevention. She is ready to join a loving family - could that family be yours?
