Levi

We pulled Levi from Animal Control because he had a horrible case of mange that left his skin scabbed, cracked, irritated, and itchy. Animal Control is no place for a dog that felt as miserable as Levi did. He earned his name because his mangey blue-brindle coat reminded me of a pair of dirty jeans. Levi was so great for his baths....he sat patiently while Heidi soaked and softened his thick, scaly skin until the scabs finally came off. Now that the mange is gone, his fur is slowly but surely growing back in. And he is feeling great!!! He loves playing off leash in the barn with his favorite Chuck-it ball, and enjoys going for walks on sunny days. He's going to make a great companion for someone looking for a large, cuddly dog.
