Meet Levi! Levi is an 7-8 month old mixed breed dog. He only weighed 25 pounds when he was fixed a few weeks ago so it's pretty safe to say that he's going to stay in the medium weight range. Levi and his sisters came to us from a shelter with more dogs than adopters. He's a happy, friendly guy who is also a tad bit on the shy side. He likes the company of other dogs and loves to run and play with them. He enjoys people who are calm and patient and understands that he is still young and still learning all the good things puppies should know! Levi really is a charming guy who is going to make someone an awesome new family member! Augusta Dog Adoptions is a 501c3, foster- based rescue. We take applications online and schedule adoptions in Waynesboro, VA. A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases (if old enough), microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies (if old enough), distemper/parvo and bordetella. They are also treated for internal and external parasites. Many dogs also receive extensive medical care such as dental work and major surgeries.
