Leland is a 13-14 lb, 3-4 year old pom (case of mistaken identity!) who thinks of himself as a special guy. He is smart, talented, incredibly athletic, and very pretty with his fluffy white/strawberry coat. He gets along with other dogs, cats, and older, well-behanved kids.
Lelan is leash-trained, housebroken, and likes to talk. Although crate-trained, he hates to be confined and frequently becomes cage-agressive. He would be happiest in a home with other dogs, and very dog-savvy owners. We do not recommend him for families with children or homes where small children/toddlers visit regularly.
The adoption donation is $175, and includes a general vet exam, heartworm testing and/or treatment (as necessary), neuter surgery, shots, microchip, and worming. Experienced dog ownership and credible vet references are required.
