Trying to write an appropriate bio for Leigh is difficult. Why? Because I can't really put into words what a great dog she is. Yes, she's potty trained, crate trained, etc. She likes to play outside, sit on the couch, play tug of war, and all the regular dog stuff. She's currently learning fetch is a great game & loves the kids in her foster home. And yes of course, she's a gorgeous dog! This girl thrives on structure and knowing boundaries. But there's just something special about her. Something you can't really write in a bio, its more like something you realize after you've met her. Two other things to note. She has some energy. But, give her a 20 minute play time or walk and she's ready for a nap. Also, on a regular basis you might find your shoes either outside or somewhere in the house that you didn't put them. Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can't be 100% sure of a dog's breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can't be 100% sure of a dog's age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
