Making it right for Left Eye! Hello there! My name is Left Eye, and I'm a 2-year-old, neutered male Labrador mix, looking for my forever home. I weigh about 53 lbs. Since my rescue, I have been at my lovely foster home and learnt amazing manners. I am fully bathroom, crate and leash trained. Talk about a lovable smartie pants! I'm friendly, lovable, and have a lot of energy to share with my new family. I get along great with one of my fellow foster dog siblings, one more than the other. I need very slow introductions to other dogs and am working on my dog and leash reactivity. I will be starting my muzzle training to continue ot be the best boy! I will need a strong leader dedicated to maintaining my structure around new dogs and when meeting them. Cats intrigue me, and though I might bark at them from a distance when I'm in my crate, I'm quite curious and approach them with gentle sniffs when we meet face to face. I haven't met kids yet! I must admit, I can be a bit mouthy like a pupper, but I'm learning the ropes of good behavior. All I really want is love, affection, and a warm place to call home. I'm getting better at asking for attention the right way, and I'm eager to please. If you already have a dog or a cat at home, I'd be a fantastic companion for them after a slow, intentional period of introduction and acclimation to set us all up fpr success. I love going for walks and runs, so we can have loads of fun together outdoors. I'm also content to be an only pet. Whether it's just you and me or a home with other furry friends, I'm confident I'll fit right in. I promise to be loyal and loving, bringing joy and happiness to your life.
