This sad, sweet face belongs to Lady, a senior beagle mix that was rescued from an awful neglectful situation in New York. She is 8-10 years old but looks older than she is because of the neglected medical issues. Her rescue angel has provided medical care, antibiotics and lots of TLC to Lady. She had infected ears, skin lesions, swollen feet, oozing wounds and lame back legs - with the medication she is walking MUCH better, her feet aren't as swollen, her ears are doing great, and the wounds are healing. She needs continued treatment for her skin and some fatty tumors. The vet has suggested that a new family let her live out her natural life in safety and comfort.
