Lady

Hello there, I'm Lady. I'm one of several beautiful German Shepherds here at HSNB, weighing in at about 65 lbs. I have been in foster for 4 months and I love my humans, and my foster doggy sister. We walk together, play together and sleep together without issue (sometimes we both take over the bed and humans wake up stiff from sleeping funny - oops). We recently added another foster dog to the house, and I play great with him too! Cats - not so keen as my instinct is to chase. I am a shy girl and strangers can be scary but if you come in slowly and give me a couple minutes I will soon be snuggling up for pets (I am also super soft). I am potty trained, dog door trained, a lap stealer and a bit of a toy hog. I warn the humans of stranger danger so you will never be surprised by someone coming to the house. I would thrive best with someone that helps me to feel safe and is patient with me and maybe has a dog already that I can play with. I have a lot of love to give. Please come and meet me!
