Lacy has the cutest face you will ever see. She is a tiny girl and is estimated to be about 2 years old! She loves everyone. Lacy will make someone that perfect lap dog. She wants to be held or sitting in someone's lap all the time. She needs to be in a home where she will get the attention that she craves.

****Puppies and kittens will be fixed when they are 5.5 months old. When they are adopted younger than 5.5 months, they MUST be adopted in East Tennessee.
