Lacey

Looking to skip the puppy stage? Lacey is a very sweet hound mix who came into southern rescue with her two puppies Titan and Tango. Her pup's have found wonderful forever homes and now it is mom's turn! Lacey is 2-3 years old and weighs 55 lbs. She has medium energy and is a happy dog. She is well socialized with people and is happy to snuggle and go for walks. She loves other dogs, especially puppies, however will chase cats. Lacey is a smart girl and is both crate and house trained, knows the "sit" command, and walks well on leash. She is a favorite of her foster mom and will make a wonderful addition to any family. We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. If you wish to adopt our dogs, please complete an online APPLICATION. You must first be approved by going through our application and screening process. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Forever Home Rescue makes all of the transportation arrangements. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. Any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the South and will prefer to do their business outdoors. Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old.
