Kya-Adopting

Kya was born on 1-9-10 in South Georgia to a mom that was so tired of having babies. There were 5 pups and Kya is the only survivor. Her siblings were killed by mom and Kya is lucky to be alive. She came into foster care at 4 weeks old and has been hand fed. This was the only way to save her. Kya is very very smart and misses nothing. She is also very curious and will watch whats going on around her. She is howling a little and is also trying to work her ears. Kya came in with a wound on the side of her face but it is healing very nicely. This baby is a real sweetheart...by the way-she loves to tug on the pants leg. If you are looking for a smart and pretty baby...look no further -here she is.

2/21/10-UPDATE-Looks like Kya was meant for a very special family in Virginia....she is headed home on Tuesday. ADOPTION FEE: $350 (includes spay surgery when old enough).

WHAT MUST I DO TO ADOPT?

All adoptions begin with completing the online application found at: www.canineshelterrescue.org Vet, personal, and groomer (if applicable) references will be required and will be checked



WHAT IS THE ADOPTION FEE?

Adoption fees differ from dog to dog and are non-negotiable. We accept CASH ONLY. Fees cover the vet care, quality food, and medications necessary to care for the dog while in our foster home. We are volunteers - no paid employees here! Fees and donations are the only means to support our continuing rescue efforts.



ADOPTION FEE FOR THIS PET IS $ 350.



DO YOU ADOPT OUT OF STATE?

Yes, when it is the best home for the dog. Transportation arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the adopter in addition to the adoption fee. PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL NOT TRANSPORT AIR FREIGHT PUPPIES YOUNGER THAN 6 MONTHS OR SMALLER THAN 8 LBS. YOU MUST PICK UP THESE PUPPIES.
