What a sweetie. Kramer is a big tubby. He is the protector of the litter. He goes around making sure everyone is okay. If someone yelps, he runs to investigate. Even if it's his Mama, he has to make sure that everyone is fine,then he'll go on with whatever he was doing. He is one of a kind.
