My Story

KOKO HAS BEEN ADOPTED! GOOD LUCK TO KOKO AND HER NEW FAMILY! KoKo needs to find a new home because her owners are moving out of state and can not take her with them. KoKo is approx 6-7 years old and was in very bad shape when her current owners first rescued her about 8 months ago. KoKo was heartworm positive, was full of worms, had bad dental disease and was badly neglected. Her heartworms, intestinal parasites and denatl disease have since been treated and she has been doing great with her new family. She occassionally suffers from seizures as a result of an enlarged heart and lungs(from the heartworm infection) but is not currently on any medication for them. They are distressed that they must give her up but have no choice. They describe her as a 4 pound chocolate bundle of love. She enjoys being the center of attention and would make someone an excellent lap dog and companion. Would probably do best in an adult only home with no other pets or another small dog or cat. KoKo is current on vacc, is microchipped but will need to be spayed prior to going home. She is also housetrained! KoKo is still residing with her current owners but will need a home quickly...please contact us if you would be interested in adopting KoKo!
