Hi my name is Koda! I came to the shelter as a stray in February of 2024. I was scared and very nervous. The staff have been working really hard on building my confidence up. I am a very affectionate boy and love to be loved on. I do ok on a leash and I take treats very gently. I tested positive for heartworms when I came to the shelter and recently just finished my treatment in early July of 2024. I'm unsure of other dogs as I was on medical restriction for a period of time while I finished my heartworm treatment. I have shown some interest in some of the female dogs while I have been out on my walks. I do keep my kennel very clean and I am learning the command "sit". I am heartworm negative, UPTD on my shots, microchipped and neutered.
