Kip was pulled from an animal control after being abandoned inside a home. He is believed to have been born in June, 2016, weighs 9 lbs and is a chihuahua/rat terrier mix. He is really sweet and friendly and just wants to be with his person/people. He would do best in a quiet home with no young children. He just wants a lap to sit on and to be petted forever! He is neutered, has had his first Parvo/Distemper shot, up to date on rabies, negative for Heartworms and is ready to find his forever family.
