Kimble is a 2 1/2 yr old purebred AKC registered Bernese Mt Dog. He very affectionate and loving, wants to be with people all the time. He is active and playful, an energetic boy....yet also happy to settle down at your feet in the evenings. He is just so full of the joy of being alive! ~~~ He would love to have a "job" to do like carting, obedience, or agility training. ( Note: All dog training today should be based entirely on positive reinforcement methods!! ) ~~~ Kimble is 85 lbs and 25" tall. ~~~ He walks nicely on a leash, will sit and down on cue, is housetrained and well behaved in the house. He gets along well with other friendly dogs. ~~~ He is too much dog to go to a home w/ children. *** As for all dog adoptions, we require a securely fenced yard for his safety (certainly not the shock collar "invisible fencing system.") *** PLEASE look at this site to learn about this breed: www.BMDINFO.org
