Kermit

Meet Kermit!! This handsome, young boy spent 170 days at the county shelter. We were recently able to rescue him and he is so happy to be out in the world. Kermit is just under two years old. He weighs 62 pounds.. Kermit loves other dogs, but he also loves toys, and he will entertain himself with them if no one is around, throwing the ball for himself, or throwing a toy up in the air and counting on it. He also loves to sprawl in the grass in the frog dog pose.(see pic). This is just a very sweet dog who loves people but had the misfortune of belonging to someone who discarded him as part of the pandemic dog glut. :-( Kermit will be happiest with a dog friend who can keep up with his size and athleticism. He also needs a securely fenced yard to keep him safe. **Please note: Indigo Rescue only adopts to homes within 30 miles of Beaverton, Oregon.
