*adopted*Kendall is a Pekingese mix that came to us from the impound as a stray. After the vet visit her estimated age is 1 year or less, she has clean white teeth and her coat is in nice shape after a bath and the metted hair removed. Her weight is 28 pounds and she is considered to be a medium size dog at adult age. We already know she has a smiley face and a very good disposition. So far she does well with the other dogs and cats in the foster home. Kendall is working on walking on a leash and is doing well with walking wearing a harness. With her Pekingese features-Head smaller than her neck, this breed tends to slip their collars so a harness is suggested. We are working with her on not jumping up when she is excitied to see you and jumping up when wanting food. She prefers people food over dog food but we are working on that too. Kendall is spayed, shots updated, wormed, has flea treatment and vet check up prior to placement. For more information [email protected]
