This 4 month-old lab mix (maybe with boxer?), currently tipping the scales at 25 lbs, is all set to leap into your life and sprinkle it with joy. With her delightful, springy walk and a personality that's pure fun, June is a little ball of athletic energy who’s sure to keep you grinning from ear to ear. June and her brother Benny were found abandoned in a rural parish and narrowly escaped a tragic fate. Now safe and thriving, June is eagerly awaiting her forever home. She’s a people dog through and through, always jumping up for attention and ready to play. She also loves other dogs and follows her foster mom’s adult dog everywhere she goes. June is smart, too! Learned “sit” in just minutes (very treat motivated!) and comes running when you say, “June, touch!” She’s up-to-date on her vaccines and will be spayed at 6 months of age. Due to the number of introductions/questions received (hundreds daily) we ask you submit an application on our website (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue). The adoption fee for puppies covers initial deworming, puppy vaccinations, microchip, and spay/neuter at the rescue's approved vet at 6 months of age. All of our puppies live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. Breed labels are given based on information obtained during intake and/or best guesses based on appearance and/or temperament of the dogs and Take Paws Rescue gives no assurance to the accuracy of these labels.
