3-20-24: JULIET is looking for her new home! At just around a year and half old, she weighs in at 12 pounds, is spayed, chipped, current on her vaccines, but is heartworm+. She has begun her treatment and is on the road to kicking those nasty worms to the curb! She is great with other dogs and children, but cats are unknown. She has come to our program after she and her partner, Romeo(also available for adoption)were found abandoned in a rental property, weeks after their owner vacated the premises, leaving them with little food and water. Emaciated and scared, she now has put on much needed weight, and is ready to come live with you! Her manners are good--occasional wet crate IF left in too long. She will be best with a fenced yard, as she LOVES to run, and she likes to play that "catch me if you can" game! Juliet does walk great on a leash.
