Jude~Adopted

11/26/04 - UPDATE - Jude has been adopted into a loving home with a large fenced yard and another Bichon playmate. Please do not submit applications as we are unable to process applications on adopted dogs. Thank you and please continue your search to provide a loving home to another homeless pet. Jude is a AKC registered Bichon Frise who turned 1 year old on 08/26/04, so he is just over 1 year old. He is an owner re-home as his owner is unable to keep him. Jude is very playful with other dogs. He has been well cared for and properly vetted. Jude is up to date on his vaccinations, heartworm and neutered. He is reported as doing fine with children but we never recommend adopting small breed dogs with small children in the home. This is because small children do alot of behaviors that would provoke a dog to bite (screaming, poking, pulling tails, etc.) not understanding the consequences and we like to avoid situations like this for all parties involved. Jude is house trained and crate trained. Bichons are very low shedders but he will need proper coat maintenance and grooming. We will have more informaiton about him later in the week along with his picture. He weighs about 9 pounds so he is a small little fellow. We will not hold him until Christmas and applications will be reviewed in the order they have been recieved but he will be placed in the most appropriate home.
