Joy

Joy is the sweetest girl around. We estimate she is around 7-8 years old, which we think is the perfect age; old enough to relax, but young enough to still have fun. She loves head scratches, walks, cushy beds, and FOOD! Joy adapts well to her surroundings, and would do well in a home with other dogs, but would be fine as an only dog as well. Her energy level is low to moderate - she is happy to relax on the couch with you, but also enjoys a romp around the backyard and daily walks. She is housebroken and will paw at the door when she needs to go out. She’s was picked up as a stray, but we suspect Joy was a household pet for several years based on how she acts (knows to jump up on furniture for the comfiest spot, knows how to find the best places to watch other doggies walking down the street, and knows how to ask to go outside). She has done great with the other dogs in her foster home. Joy has also been around children and has done very well. Joy has been spayed, is up to date with her vaccinations, is heartworm negative and on prevention. She is also microchipped. Joy deserves a home that will give her all the love she deserves!
