Introducing Jovi! We first learned about Jovi's plight from his current foster mom. She was volunteering at a local City shelter when Jovi's owner came in to surrender him. The owner had already moved to a place that didn't allow pets, and Jovi was now homeless. The shelter was overcapacity and couldn't take Jovi at that time. It was clear that Jovi was at high risk of abandonment. Our volunteer went to the parking lot to meet Jovi. In a filthy wire kennel in the bed of a pickup truck, she saw a wide-eyed pup eager for love and attention. She scooped him up, and the rest is history.
Jovi is now looking for a loving family to call his own - one that will give him a life full of love, belly rubs, and yummy treats. Jovi is approxinately a year and a half old and only 21 pounds. He is active, fun-loving, and adores his people. Jovi is a sweet little sidekick. He walks well on leash and loves taking strolls. He gets the cutest zoomies when excited, but he also loves cuddling up for a nice rest too. He enjoys canine companions and will be meeting feline friends soon. Are you ready to give this little one his happily ever after?
