Posted 7/27/2024 Jovi came to into foster care from a rural shelter where she had been found as a stray. We can't understand how anyone could have thrown away such an amazing dog. Jovi is thought to be approximately 3 years old. Her petite body has been though a lot as evidenced by several scars and a low body weight. She has a good appetite, so we hope to plump her up. Jovi was obviously used to produce many puppies, which may explain her beautiful demeanor. She loves to walk and play, but also snuggles up nicely to you on the couch. Jovi loves kids and dogs but sadly not cats. She is perfect on car rides and in the crate. She is also potty trained (although all dogs may have mistakes when moving to new homes). Jovi is hoping to find a work-from-home family so she doesn't have to spend the whole work day in a crate. If you love Boxers, you will appreciate this petite, schmooshy- faced, sweet girl.
