Meet Jonah. Jonah is a 2 and a half year old red long hair Dachshund in need of a forever home. Jonah is very cautious of strangers but once he warms up to you he will be your best friend and constant companion. This sweet boy is neutered, current on vaccines and microchipped and weighs about 18lbs ( we are on a diet and trying to lose about 2lbs). Jonah uses a doggie door and is totally housetrained (but he does piddle when he is excited), he is good with other dogs infact he would do best with another dog, but cats are an unknown. No young children please. I am looking for a a secure home for Jonah, hopefully with somebody who is home most of the time, retired or a homemaker. No apartments please and I would like him to go to a homeowner with at least a small yard. NEVADA ADOPTIONS ONLY.
