This little girl was found running in a wooded area where she may have been dumped. It was a miracle that she didn't freeze to death as she was starving when she came in. She was thin enough to have to be on a food schedule when she arrived. She also smelled as if she had came from a puppy mill. Jolene is ready to have a wonderful life with a new person or family.
