You can save animals like Johnny by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters, so that they have more time to find a permanent family. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please click here and email the questionnaire to [email protected]. Johnny is about a 1-1.5 year old terrier mix puppy. He is timid when you first meet him but will warm up after he begins to trust you....and then becomes your best friend showering you with kisses.
He's 12 lbs. He loves to play and run with other dogs...and spends part of his days at daycare getting to know dogs and people. Johnny is fully crate trained. He LOVES to play fetch and he would do wonderfully in an agility class. He can fetch and jump and run sooo fast!! He also loves going for car rides.
He needs a family with no kids and someone who is going to continue to work with Johnny to conquer his fears of the big bad world and realize how much fun people and other dogs are. He is currently playing big brother to 3 young puppies and just loving it. He runs, plays tug-of-war and shows them the ropes.
Johnny just needs a home that can give him the attention that he deserves. Johnny needs a home with another dog.
