Joey is a 5 month old shih tzu who was originally purchased at PJ pet store on impulse
when his owner realized how much time and energy puppies require she knew she had made an error in judgment getting a puppy
Joey was surrendered to rescue in hopes of him finding a lasting relationship with people who understand his needs and the time and training required
He is a lovely boy, very sweet, gets along with other pets, dogs and cats
He'll be neutered next week
