JOEY

Joey is a gentle soul who loves to go on adventures outside and hang out with people-- he's a social butterfly, and doesn't know strangers, only friends he hasn't yet met. He has shown himself to be a talented fetch player and after a few rounds likes to laze about and soak up the sun's rays. At 42 lb, he's a nice compact size to go with his laid-back personality. He is very sweet and gentle. Joey was fabulous last month at the opening of the Kinetics race with adults, kids, and other dogs. Here's what Joey's vounteer friends had to say about him when he went on a hike with them: Joey was a perfect companion for an outing to Headwater's Reserve. He jumped right into the car and we stopped for a puppacino first where he won the hearts of everyone he met. After that he enjoyed the ride and when we got to trail he was happy to sniff his way along. We met several dogs and lots of people and Joey was friendly with them all. He was an excellent walker with no pulling and lots of checking in. This guy is such a great dog...he might just be one of the most well-behaved dogs we've taken out! ~Volunteer
