URGENT foster need. Joel is a bright boy full of joy despite losing his home twice over - through no fault of his. His first family had to downsize and move into an apartment and the second family had a baby and didn't feel they had enough time for him. Despite that he still believes in people and loves everyone he meets. He gets along great with other dogs and just wants to play with them. A dog with a similar desire to play would be a great fit for Joel. He does have ALOT of energy and he needs training on manners so an experienced, active owner would be best. A fenced back yard would also be good for him. He is a smart boy and his short-term foster reports that he is learning quickly. We don't want to send him back to the kennel where he will lose the progress he has made and won't be able to get his energy out. He is around 1 year old, 60 pounds, and we really have no idea of breed. Don't you want that smiling face in your life? We will support a foster with all the supplies needed.
